Paris Arnold is responsible for the personal information collected through this website. To contact me about your information, use the contact form and put “Privacy request” in the subject. If the form is unavailable, you can contact me on LinkedIn.
Enquiries
I use the details and message you send to reply and manage any resulting professional conversation. Your first name, last name, email address, and subject are required so I can identify and respond to your enquiry; your phone number and message are optional. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information or confidential documents.
My lawful basis is my legitimate interest in responding to professional enquiries and keeping this website secure. Where you ask about engaging my services, processing may also be necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract. I do not add enquiries to a marketing list or sell your information.
Services that handle your information
Cloudflare hosts and protects this website. Enquiries pass through its infrastructure and are delivered to my mailbox through my email provider. The website does not keep a separate enquiry database. Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical information, including your IP address and browser signals, to detect bots. Cloudflare also uses these signals to improve its bot detection. These providers may process information outside the UK. You can contact me using the routes above to ask about the providers and the safeguards applying to your information.
How long information is kept
I keep correspondence while dealing with your enquiry and any continuing professional relationship. When a conversation ends, I review whether it is still needed and delete it when it is not. Correspondence needed for a contract, legal obligation, or legal claim may need to be kept longer. Providers may retain security records and backups for their own stated periods.
Cookies and security checks
This site does not use advertising trackers, embedded social media feeds, or visitor analytics. LinkedIn links open LinkedIn rather than loading its tracking tools here.
The contact form uses Turnstile to prevent automated abuse. These security services may store or access information on your device. They are used for security and message delivery, rather than advertising. Turnstile pre-clearance is disabled.
No optional tracking cookies are enabled, so this version has no cookie-consent banner. If optional technologies are added later, this notice and any consent controls will be reviewed first.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your information, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or request a portable copy where that right applies. Use the contact routes above; I may need to confirm your identity before responding. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
