About Paris
I've led brands and teams across international markets, combining marketing expertise with responsibility for commercial performance. Living in seven countries has given me experience of understanding unfamiliar businesses, working across cultures, and deciding where to invest.
Consumer brands taught me to think about the whole business.
At Kraft Foods, I worked across major brands in coffee, confectionery, and biscuits, grounding marketing decisions in the P&L: revenue, margins, products, retailers, factories, and supply chains.
In Asia-Pacific mergers and acquisitions, I evaluated acquisitions, joint ventures, and market-entry options. I then led Southeast Asian marketing, working with finance, sales, and local teams to put investment behind the strongest opportunities.
That commercial grounding has carried through employed leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson, Fonterra, and IELTS, and co-founding Searchality.
International experience helps me get to the commercial priorities.
The United Kingdom, United States, Australia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, and United Arab Emirates have all been home.
In each market, I've had to understand what customers value, how the business makes money, and what the organisation can deliver. Working across cultures has also meant building relationships and bringing local and international colleagues together to make decisions work.
I enjoy bringing a story to life on stage.
I act in local theatre and take part in improv comedy. I enjoy the work that goes into a performance, and making something with a group of people.

Psychology, business, and a continuing curiosity.
I studied Experimental Psychology at Oxford and completed an INSEAD Global Executive MBA with distinction.
Technology has long been a practical interest, from building reporting tools early in my career to testing how AI can help with research and content production now. I’m interested in what a tool makes possible and where its limits are.
